ITMAWAT : Ittihad Tholabah Madrasah Wak Tanjong Al-Islamiah, also known as the Student Council, a wing under the Student Development Unit that handles student-related issues, organizing events, etc.

ITMAWAT: is made up of 4 cardinal sub-units:- UKP, UID, US and UM.

UKP: Unit Kebajikan Pelajar, The Students’ Welfare Unit, which ensures the conducive environment of the school to meet the students’ satisfaction.

UID: Unit Ibadah dan Dakwah, a unit that infuses positive religious values in others.

US: Unit Sukan, The Sports Unit, that organizes or takes charge in organizing weekly exercise and sports-related matters.

UM: Unit Media, The Media Unit, is a unit that bonds students together through the school magazine and social media.
